The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic Admin Generalist to support our administrative team in our Guelph Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with high enthusiasm who is motivated by making an impact in their workplace.

- You are flexible, adaptable and aren't afraid of change; you embrace transforming priorities with a smile

- You have excellent computer skills and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office products; and are always eager to learn new technologies
- You demonstrate a high level of accountability and ownership with little oversight
- You have a quirky sense of humour and enjoy working with all personality types
- Previous office experience is a must
About The Gig
As a key member of the administrative team, you will be working with staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations across the firm.
You will be responsible for the helping to ensure successful daily operations of the administrative team by providing exceptional client service and keeping the team organized.
This will include and is not limited to:
- Proofing Financial Statements and putting packages together for clients
- Client onboarding (entering and updating information in the client management system)
- Day to day support for other administrative members
- High degree of professionalism when communicating with, and providing information to, Partners and clients
- Providing and gathering information from Canada Revenue Agency
- Filling electronically and physically
- Data integrity projects
- Skilled and adept at prioritizing workload
- Ability to multitask and keep everything moving
- High proficiency with technology
- Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time permanent position which will require some paid overtime on evenings and weekends during our busiest seasons.
