We are seeking a highly experienced Content Team Manager to lead our dynamic team of content creators and writers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality content, ensuring team performance aligns with company objectives, and managing team resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a large team of content creators and writers, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve team and individual goals
• Develop and implement strategies for managing team resources, including scheduling and assigning tasks to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
• Monitor team performance, track progress against performance objectives, and provide regular reports to senior management
• Ensure the quality of content produced meets the company's standards and is consistent with brand voice and objectives
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career progression
• Collaborate with other departments to align content strategies with overall business goals
• Manage and optimize the use of content management systems and tools, ensuring the team can work efficiently and effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, tracking team performance, and reporting

Qualifications

• 6+ years of supervisory experience in a content creation or writing team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism)
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing team members
• Proficient in managing team resources and pacing to meet performance objectives
• Extensive experience using Excel and content management systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Canva or other similar design tools

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 . The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC's total compensation package for employees.
