Description
We are Seeking an admin/Office assistant at Homefield.


Responsibilities and Duties:
Reading, reviewing and responding to correspondence

Manage calendar and appointment

Preparing and sending various documents, including but not limited to word documents, excel spreadsheets, PDFs, contracts, and estimates.

Communication with customers, insurance carries, and office personnel

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for internal and external databases


Qualifications and Skills:
QuickBooks working experience is preferred but not mandatory

Experience with Microsoft Office

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

  • Monday
  • Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience)


Salary:
$23.00-$28.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
