POSITION OVERVIEW:


As a Project Manager at Rotating Right, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, manufacturing, and service departments, to ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.

Your expertise in project management, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills will be essential in achieving operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates, in alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.


Project Execution:

Lead project teams in implementing projects according to established plans, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the process.


Customer Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations to ensure a positive client experience.


Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

Team Leadership:

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, guiding and motivating project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.


Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:
Champion process improvement initiatives, optimizing project management methodologies and standardizing best practices across the organization.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and post-project evaluations.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the industrial sector, preferably with a focus on pumps or related equipment.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software. (AutoCAD)

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
