About the job:

gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team enables product areas to effectively and efficiently scale their extended workforce operations while managing risk.

Our goal is to enable our businesses to make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations.

Our partnership with teams across Google aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimizes administrative burden throughout the crosswalk process.

We assist with crosswalk planning and strategy, and provide tools to support product areas in managing their Extended Workforce (xWF) infrastructure.

We strike a balance between optimizing extended workforce engagements and making sure crosswalk policies and guidelines are followed.

The Solution Design team is a lean team of strategic, cross-functional thinkers that understand product area needs including risks and operational constraints and rethink xWS solutions within vertical teams.

Additionally, the team incubates, pilots and rolls-out large-scale transformations and leads change management across the organization.

In this role, you will work with and lead the change management process and implementation of cross-functional initiatives and designed solutions created by the xWS Solution Design team.

You will lead the charge for all change management associated with internal xWS processes and external product area support and management.

The xWS Partner Engagement function will bring in the demand, the xWS Risk and Compliance team will set the regulatory landscape and monitor compliance, and you will launch centers of excellence to provision the right suppliers for product areas to consume.

Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech's role is to help bring them to life.

Our teams of trusted advisors support customers globally. Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of our customers' complex needs.

Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure our customers benefit from the full potential of Google products.
