ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead all team members in delivering consistent, memorable moments of hospitality for our guests
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and continually improve service strategies to always ensure our customers receive best in class service
  • Continuously provide leadership and support to all service staff and actively participate in the cycle of service, as needed
  • Recruit, onboard, train, performance manage, and schedule FOH staff to build a strong performing team dedicated to hospitality, and achievement of business goals
  • Collaborate with management team to keep a continuous pulse on all guest feedback channels, seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience and cultivate regulars and continue to find ways to strengthen our community
  • Merchandise product in accordance with company and brand standards

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least three years of customer service experience at a supervisory level in a hospitality/restaurant environment
  • Proven commitment to a premium level of quality in both guest service and the overall operation of the establishment
  • Strong problemsolving skills with demonstrated commitment to immediate service recovery solutions
  • Skilled at developing and creating experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management, clientele, suppliers, and partners
  • Serving It Right License is required
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
