Position Information:

Temporary until approximately February 29, 2024.


Rotation/Shifts:

Days, 8 hours shifts.


What you will bring:


  • College diploma in a related discipline;
  • Minimum one (1) year clerical experience;
  • Familiarity with respiratory protection and respirator fit testing;
  • Familiarity with the Canadian Standards Association guidelines on respiratory protection and fit testing;
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Sharepoint;
  • Knowledge of hospital policies, rules and regulations;
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
  • Ability to communicate and deal congenially with people;
  • Ability to organize, administer, and maintain paper and electronic systems and databases;
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing and tight deadlines as well as regulatory requirements;
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages (preferred but not essential);
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail when generating or reviewing communications, reports and other documents;
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and record minutes;
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
