Position Summary

Qualifications

  • At minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in a biological science
  • At minimum, six (6) months related work experience in a laboratory setting
  • Expertise and experience in standard research laboratory techniques and procedures
  • Experience with animal handling (rodents) and in vitro cell biology
  • Experience with protein analysis (ELISA, SDS, PAGE, WB) an asset
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problemsolving and troubleshooting skills; take initiative and solve problems


Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
