What You'll Be Doing

  • Answer phone calls from customers and provide necessary solutions.
  • Transfer data to a digital database.
  • Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
  • Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items, or other information.
  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, attention to detail, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong diplomacy skills.
  • Strong track record of establishing positive internal/external relationships.

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is not required but is a vital asset
  • Should be available between 9 AM 9 PM for 8 hour Shifts
  • Should be available for at least one Saturday in a month

Job Type:
Full-time


Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Saturday once a month)
