Our perfect match is someone who is able to be a hands-on installer while devoting time to grow our residential division, Moda Glass Works.


As the Glass & Aluminum Business Development Manager, you will assess customer needs, offer realistic high-quality solutions, and ultimately sell the company's products and services.

You will need to have a high level of comfort and confidence reaching out to potential customers and business partners in order to strengthen and build new relationships.

You will be responsible for installing the glass and aluminum products you sell such as glass showers, glass walls for home gyms and offices, and mirrors.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Achieve sales revenue and other leading indicator goals
  • Prospect, identify, and capture opportunities to grow commercial and residential sales:
  • Identify and deliver various interior and exterior glass solutions for residential and small commercial projects
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Explore opportunities to submit requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Create strategic alliances among similar but noncompeting businesses
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful project completion
  • Ensure consistent and accurate daily recording of sales activities in order to feed business metric reporting such as customer contacts and sales volumes
  • Partner with estimating and project teams to create contractwinning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed on with the customer
  • Install products and provide service repairs

Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' glazing experience

Salary:
$45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
