Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Bring customer complaints to Management to get them resolved.
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions
  • Sales experience is beneficial
  • Phone etiquette skills are essential
