The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an Agile Kanban Business Analytics squad in an organization that has unique touch points across the Group Benefits business.

Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to understand their data, metrics, KPI or insights needs
Become the data owner & primary administration support for the internal CRM tool from a data integrity and user maintenance perspective
Ability to interact with business on explaining analytics solution and presenting analytics insights.
Maintain/enhance our PowerBI and SSRS/SSIS Solutions
Support/investigate complex SSIS/Python packages that transform data
Actively engaged in the agile development cycle for infrastructure/analytics items from a data testing perspective
Providing direction to selfservice Power BI reports and responding to adhoc data requests
Ability to explain technical concepts to the business and management. Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and nontechnical resources

What we are looking for

35+ Years of work experience in related fields
Undergraduate degree in Math, Stats, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with multidimensional and relational databases
Solid working knowledge of data processing tools using SQL, Spark, Python or similar open source and commercial technologies
Advanced working knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, both as a user and developer.
Experience initializing and managing cloud platforms: AWS, Azure etc.

Significant experience with SQL, Stored Procedures and ETL processes using SSIS and other data extraction tools

Ability to explain technical concepts to the business and management. Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and nontechnical resources
Solid understanding and knowledge of visualization BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau.
Practical experience with big data processing frameworks and techniques such as Azure, AWS, Hortonworks, Spark, Hive etc.
Ability to interact with business on explaining analytics solution and presenting analytics insights.
Capable of adapting quickly, manage multiple demands and competing priorities, deliver to deadlines
