Role :
Leader, Technology Solutions

Serve as the key point for the Products and Platform and customer team to bring together relevant individuals and teams from business and technical organizations, including external vendors
Simplify, scale, and communicate complex concepts at multiple levels of understanding to drive efficient and effective experience.
Skilled at partnering across all levels of the organization, driving results, and organizing complexity.
Curious, thinking creatively, but are results and action oriented.
Passionate about transforming the business and take pride in exceeding expectations.

Minimum Qualifications for this role are:

12+ years of overall IT Experience
5+ years of Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, Telecom Service Management Product or equivalent platform
Project Management and Strong Client Interaction

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, golive, testing) and with desire to retool to ServiceNow
Experience in prototyping and project plan definition along with dependencies, risks etc.
Ability to document and derive what is required to deliver upcoming project in ServiceNow
Ability to manage work, lead a workstream, and mentor junior team members
Data Integrations knowledge
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Proficient in managing project and stakeholders.
Problemsolving skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
Strong communication skills, both written and orals
