Salvatore's has been serving the awesome folks of Halifax for over a quarter century, from our North-end restaurant, located in the Hydrostone Market.
We are a hard-working team, dedicated to preparing and serving scratch-made food to order. We like what we do, and we work hard to ensure every person who walks through our doors leaves better off whence they came
We are looking for a server who possesses a strong attention to detail, and can provide friendly and efficient service while working in a team environment.
Main tasks include:
- greeting and seating dine-in guests
- processing orders over-the-phone and face-to-face
- serving food and beverage orders
- preparing bills and receiving payments
- general cleaning & dishwashing
Experience in customer service is required, preferably in a food establishment with high volumes. Point-of-sale experience (using Restaurant Manager) is also preferred.
We have two openings available:
one full-time and one part-time with the possibility of leading to full; weekend availability is required for both openings.
