Description
A cosmetic dermatology clinic in Guelph, Ontario is seeking a patient coordinator with exceptional customer service skills to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments in person and by telephone
- Strive to maintain timeliness of patient appointments, monitor quality and timeliness of patient flow and troubleshoot/problem solve to optimize, by effectively communicating.
- Actively seek to optimize the patients' and guests' experience.
- Participate in regular meetings and any other training as requested by management.
- Comfort and connect with patients and their guests by being sensitive to their needs.
- Input documents and information into the electronic medical record
- Maintain patient accounts/records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information with high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Detailing patients and their guests on skin care and routines that would benefit overall skin health.
Requirements:
- 6 months of reception experience (preferred)
- 36 months of retail experience (preferred)
- High level proficiency in utilizing Google suite, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (spreadsheets) and all other technical or software systems.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change and learning new skills.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and accountable for quality of their work of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to manage themselves and organize multiple priorities and ability to troubleshoot when necessary.
- Strong sense of decision making, judgement, action oriented, possessing effective time management skills
- Positive and energetic personality
- Reliable and dependable attendance record
- Team player and effective at building and fostering teamwork.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate, including commission
