That is why we need an intern to join the Human Resources Department who will provide support in both recruitment and data analytics.

What will be your functions?

Design stage
Check design installation. Interact with the project team to develop construction layouts efficiently and accurately while maintaining any time and schedule constraints.

- project collect all the needs involved in the backgrounds.

Check all nonconformance presented by the client.
Approach new alternatives design (saving cost).
Check capacity main elements.
Contribute to the development of a construction plan.
Assure compliance with Project construction schedule budget. As part of the team, prepare and review detailed estimates and prepare accurate preliminary construction budgets to include subcontractor scopes, bids analysis, and final presentation to CFC.
Plan alternatives ways to hire subcontractors. Prepare and present feasibility studies, prepare budget estimates, schedule and manage its progress, contract documents reflecting scope of work, manage the bidding process
Plan previous installation.
Coordinate IFC & shop drawings between consultants and subcontractors.
Construction stage
Monitor work subcontractor works (cost / schedule / performance).
Coordinate MEP works on site.
Write works procedures.
Write checklist quality reports.
Check, control and validate advance and payments to subcontractor
Handover & commissioning stage
Leading Start up stage.
Leading commissioning stage.
Write works procedures
Write checklist quality reports.
Perform final inspections, punch list exceptions, and expedite corrective action
