    What you will be doing

    PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS:

    • Provide medical support to patients and healthcare providers, including disease education and management;
    • Offer telephone support for maintenance and adherence;
    • Manage databases, audit records, and information;
    • Administer case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring and adverse event reporting;
    • Attend specialized training sessions for therapies;
    • Collaborate with reimbursement specialists and physicians for patient funding;
    • Participate in pharmaceutical sales and patient meetings;
    • Establish partnerships with the pharmaceutical team;
    • Liaise with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and infusion clinics;
    • Communicate clearly with the team and clients regarding patient cases;
    • Participate in training new nurse case managers;
    • Collaborate in developing disease management programs;
    • Provide feedback on protocols, databases, and processes;
    • Report Adverse Events;
    • Perform other assigned tasks as needed;
    • May be required to work on call or standby.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide medical support to patients and health care providers, including education on specific diseases and therapies;
    • Telephone support for maintenance and adherence;
    • Manage databases, audit files, and information;
    • Administer case-management protocols, including data collection and patient follow-up;
    • Attend training sessions for specific therapies;
    • Work with reimbursement specialists and physicians for patient funding;
    • Attend sales meetings and patient conferences;
    • Collaborate with patient advocacy groups;
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with pharmaceutical teams;
    • Liaise with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and infusion clinics;
    • Communicate effectively regarding patient cases;
    • Participate in training new case managers;
    • Collaborate in developing disease management programs;
    • Provide feedback on protocols, databases, and processes;
    • Responsible for reporting Adverse Events;
    • Perform other duties as required;

    What your background should look like

    EXPÉRIENCE ET NIVEAU D'ÉDUCATION REQUIS :

    • Bachelor's degree or registered nurse (RN) diploma preferred, with five years of nursing experience;
    • At least two years of experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry;
    • Preferred candidate has healthcare and case management experience;
    • Bilingualism in French and English required;
    • Experience in hematology and/or nephrology is a plus.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Bachelor's degree or RN diploma, with nursing experience;
    • Minimum of two years in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry;
    • Preferred candidate has healthcare and case management experience;
    • Bilingualism in French and English required;
