The Day to Day:

Partner with hiring managers to ensure role clarity and expectations when recruiting
Ensure all recruitment systems and initiatives are executed according to Trotman Auto Group's operating model purpose of Enriching People's Lives, core values and brand.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at local schools, colleges and universities, and participate in career fairs, job fairs etc. to promote TAG as an employer of choice, increase talent awareness, and provide information about opportunities available.
Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Trotman Auto Group's expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, colleagues and vendors.
Postsecondary education in Human Resources
A minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment and talent engagement
Working knowledge of best practice recruitment techniques
Strong customer service orientation
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multitask, and work independently in a fastpaced environment with constant demands.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency
Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
