As a Manager you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge, skills and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business.
You are also an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.
Qualifications
- If you've had 13 years previous restaurant or retail management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment we're interested.
- Communication is key, so you'll need to speak and write English well.
- Comfortable using computers
- You'll be managing sales goals, inventory, cash and other stuff that requires good math and analytical skills.
- Previous scheduling experience is an asset.
