Administrative Assistant - Concord, Canada - Hilton Transportation
Description
Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
Salary:
$24.30 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
