The Corporate Security Officer will be responsible to safeguard the organization against risk including protecting company assets, maintaining and improving the organizations revenue streams and ensuring the security and safety for employees, customers, clients and visitors.

What You Will Do

  • Assist protecting facilities through active monitoring of CCTV systems.
  • Assist with reviewing incident reports, updating records and ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist with investigating incidents relating to loss prevention, cash handling, inventory management, errors, theft, shoplifting, vandalism and fraudulent activity.
  • Assist, when necessary with loss prevention incidents.
  • Assist with audits of the Horton Street Corporate office for adherence to loss prevention policies, processes and programs to minimize operational risk and financial losses related to, but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, errors, theft, shoplifting, vandalism and fraudulent activity.
  • Assist in creating standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in site visits for audits, mystery shops, investigations.
  • Assist in incident investigation process and ensure that relevant incident data is captured, reported, and analyzed to provide an accurate picture of incident patterns and trends.
  • Assist in root cause analyses of incidents and assist with implementing prevention measures.
  • Participate with inperson and remote training sessions on loss prevention techniques, employee policies, procedures and risk mitigation.
