Supporting our organization in its rapid international growth, the Employee Experience Specialist will play a crucial role in building and fostering a dynamic and high-performance work environment.
The incumbent is responsible for assessing employee needs, developing plans, leading and sustaining Employee Experience (EX) initiatives that enhance the organizational culture and sustain positive and inclusive work environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Experience- Conduct stay interviews with employees to gain critical insight into their day-to-day activities, challenges and issue subsequent recommendations to improve EX
- Provide analytics to assess the ROI of all EX initiatives and communicate insights on essential engagement metrics and program effectiveness to guide how we set goals, make decisions and action plan
- Assist in the planning and coordination virtual & inperson employee events
- Provide management with recommendations on how to best support the employee experience
- Collaborate with the HR team (specialists, business partners and talent acquisition) on various global initiates
Internal Communications
- Promote a positive, fair, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
- Be responsible for the Internal Communication Plan and Calendar for all wellbeing initiatives
- Create integrated and engaging communications strategies enabling Equisoft to connect to its people and reinforce the Equisoft culture
- Continually improve the quality and effectiveness of employee communications
MUST-HAVES
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the development and implementation of employee experience programs and practices
- Experience with the IT industry
- Meticulous organizational skills & project management experience
- Strong experience in organizational development or program implementation
- Strong understanding of EX market trends and best practices
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, influencing, communication and project management skills
- Excellent working proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and analyze reports
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships across the organization
- High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative, be selfmotivated and selfdisciplined
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with project management tools (Asana/Monday)
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industries
- Knowledge of Spanish
