Responsibilities:

Jägermeister is the 9th biggest spirit brand in the world.

A pioneer in the digital space in the spirit industry in Canada, we strive to become the leading premium shot brand for the LDA 29 consumer and expand Meister occasions amongst Gen pop.


The Associate Digital Manager will partner closely with the Jägermeister Digital Team in the US and Global to realize efficiencies, including leveraging assets, achieving optimal data segmentation and leveraging new tools/techniques in the digital space.

This includes lead all development, maintenance and customer service for

  • Provide functional expertise, and recommendations regarding the execution of digital/social marketing campaigns, as well as Consumer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Support strategy development and own the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The channels include but are not limited to web, social media, ecommerce, influencer, and paid advertising.
  • Review, analyze and recommend program enhancements based on campaign performance and realtime results to ensure the best performing campaigns.
  • Analyze competition strategies and follow CRM and digital trends and internal campaigns, making ongoing recommendations to improve program results.
  • Participate in broader strategic initiatives such as lead generation, fan segmentation and loyalty programs across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with National Activation Manager and OPMs to ensure the flawless execution of on premise programs and activations
  • Support on premise and retail initiatives through the timely procurement of POS, management of POS budget, and the development and execution of the paid dark post campaign supporting activations
  • Support the administration of the annual budget, flag risks and make recommendations on the reallocation of funds
  • Support by managing consumer responses and inventory updates
In conjunction with our Creative Agency;

  • Creativity: Plan and execute digital campaigns designed to drive consumer engagement and loyalty
  • Community Management: Lead all social calendaring, posting, messaging with followers, testing/optimization, audience selection, creative development and analysis for digital campaigns.
  • Outreach: Collate and evaluate dark posts effectiveness to drive customer and consumer engagement
  • Postmortem: Analyze campaign performance data and create internal reporting to inform overall performance

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years' experience in digital and social media marketing or community management
  • A proven track record of successful management of digital marketing campaigns and implementation of overall brand and digital strategy
- _Ability to collect, organize, and present insights in a meaningful way using Excel & PowerPoint_

  • Understanding of Marketing Disciplines and their respective Intended Impact on Consumer Behavior & Attitudes;
  • Proficiency across all major Social Media platforms and Facebook Business Content management and editorial process development;
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience in POS procurement an asset
  • Familiar with laws and regulations of the Canadian Beverage Alcohol Industry, understanding of National and Local Alcohol & Gaming Laws an asset
  • E-Commerce platform (Shopify) experience a plus


  • English/French

  • Ability to Function in Canada's 2 Official Languages is a strong asset
