    THE ROLE:Reporting to the VP of Finance & CFO, the Director of Supply Chain will develop, oversee, and manage the supply chain strategy for the Denison organization with the goal of maximizing productivity, improving efficiency, and reducing costs while securing high quality goods and services for the company. This includes planning, coordinating, and optimizing the flow of goods, services, information, and finances, analyzing operational performance, resolving issues proactively, andcollaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet expected quality and safety standards.

    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:You have broad, hands-on supply chain experience having successfully managed increasingly complex scopes of work.Your proactive, detail-oriented, and highly analytical nature ensures procurement, logistics and vendor managementprocesses are designed and implemented in a bias-free, repeatable manner to achieve cost-savings, optimization, andsatisfactory internal service levels. A results-oriented team player, you bring a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and a commitment to safety and safe work practices that contributes to creating successful workplace teams and culture.Additional qualifications and attributes include:


    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or relevant field; or college diploma or Canadian Supply Chain Management Association (CSCMA) certificate with relevant experience will be considered.


    • Minimum 10 years experience in purchasing, logistics, carrier, vendor, and contracts management inindustrial/mining industries, with at least 5 years progressively complex experience in a strategic leadershipcapacity.


    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes coupled with a strategic, analytical, and continuousimprovement-oriented mindset.


    • Proven ability to successfully deliver a strategic sourcing program through successfully leading the delivery of multiple simultaneous projects.


    • Excellent project management, problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills.
    • Strong leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and negotiation skills to effectively achieve results through others.
    • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced SAP/ERP software is required, SAP


    • Experience with uranium mining is an asset.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to remote sites and ability to wear PPE as required.
    • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy with the management team.
    • Oversee procurement operations, sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation processes, and devise pricing strategies

    aligned with EBIT objectives.
    • Manage the end-to-end strategic purchasing process, including spend analysis, negotiation, and risk evaluation.
    • Establish and oversee the tactical purchasing process for equipment, capital goods, ensures sustainable purchase

    price variances are incorporated.
    • Identify new market sources, establish, and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers, carriers, and

    vendors, and devise cost-effective solutions for maximum efficiency, quality, and safety compliance, at the lowest possible cost.


    • Implement logistics strategies for remote sites, establish controls over ocean vs air freight, and ensure competitive freight rates for cost-effective transportation services.


    • Manage contracts and key agreements, and lead contract renewals and negotiations.
    • Build strategic partnerships internally and externally to support supply objectives and execute business plans,

    collaborating with engineering and operations teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
    • Review inventory value and identifying potential write-off risks with stakeholders.
    • Lead and train the Supply Chain Team on best practices and KPIs for measuring performance, ensure efficient

    processing of service and material requests.

    • Provide leadership, coaching, collaboration, and development discussions to challenge staff and build bestpractices and Key Performance Indicators for measuring performance and the efficient processing of service andmaterial requests.


    • Analyze market data, trends, supplier capabilities and supply chain performance to identify cost-savings and optimization opportunities, monitor for compliance, anticipate growth opportunities, and resolve issues.


    • Perform assigned duties.This role is a fulltime position based out of either our head office in Toronto, Ontario or our regional office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on a Monday-Friday schedule.Occasional travel between our regional and corporate office and occasional travel to the Wheeler River Project site located in the Athabasca Basin will be required as the project progresses.     OUR COMPANY:Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison") is a public company listed on the NYSE American and TSX stock exchanges focused on the advancement of a portfolio of uranium exploration and development project interests in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. Denison is also responsible for mine care and maintenance of its decommissioned mine sites inElliot Lake, Ontario.

    Denison's flagship project is the Wheeler River Uranium Project (the "Project"), which is the largest undeveloped uranium mining project in the infrastructure-rich eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin region in northern Saskatchewan. The Project is located approximately 35 km north-northeast of Cameco's Key Lake Operation and 35 km southwest of Cameco's McArthur River Operation in the eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin. The Project is accessible by vehicle and is located about 5 km west of Highway 914.

    In August 2023, Denison filed (i) the Feasibility Study ("Phoenix FS") completed for In-Situ Recovery ("ISR") mining of the high-grade Phoenix uranium deposit ("Phoenix") and (ii) a cost update to the 2018 Pre-Feasibility Study for conventional underground mining of the basement-hosted Gryphon uranium deposit ("Gryphon"). With the successful completion of thePhoenix FS, Denison has advanced the planned Phoenix ISR project through the technical de-risking process and hasalready commenced the first phases of project execution. Concurrently, Denison is also advancing the environmentalassessment ("EA") process, which is a critical step to securing the approvals necessary to develop and operate a mine in Canada.

    The planned Phoenix ISR operation is on track to become the first ISR uranium mining operation in Canada and has the potential to be one of the lowest-cost and most environmentally sustainable uranium mining operations in the world.
