If you are passionate about the financing specialty of the Account representative role and taking care of the administrative needs of our commercial clients is one of your preferences, the Account representative specialist in financing is a great opportunity to grow within the Sales Support team


As the transactional aspect of the Account representative role is under the responsibility of another colleague in the team, you will work in constant collaboration with him for a well-targeted care.


Your job:

  • Develop a lasting business relationship with customers through distinguished, professional and courteous service
  • Support clients in their administrative requests by offering customized solutions according to their needs
  • Carry out, independently, various administrative activities according to the policies, standards and procedures established for all files under your responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and compliance with preconditions for disbursements by working in synergy with Account Managers
  • Maintain effective communication with the various stakeholders involved in the files (internal and external to the Bank) in order to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service
  • Participate as a team in the continuous improvement of administrative tools and processes


Within the business department, you are part of a large team of generalists that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration.

You will maintain business relationships with an entrepreneurial clientele, your responsibilities will be diversified and your training will focus on learning in action with experts from your team.


Required competencies:


  • Threeyear college diploma or academic equivalent, industryrelated and three years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and method
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) English and French (asset) ,some positions to be filled require bilingualism in French/English, as the sector serves a Francophone and Anglophone clientele

Preferred competencies:


  • Experience in financing (important asset)
