The Marketing FP&A team is accountable for performing monthly P&L variance analysis, quarterly reforecasting, and annual budgeting of Marketing expenses across CTC's family of companies.

The team also provides ad hoc analytical support to Marketing through the creation of cost-benefit analyses for various strategic initiatives and by offering financial recommendations on various business inquiries.


What you'll do

  • Produce insightful, meaningful, and analytical commentary and reporting that can assist financial and nonfinancial stakeholders to facilitate decision making
  • Proactively build and improve on more complicated financial models to assist with regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver cohesive Marketing P&L summaries and provide mentorship to financial analysts
  • Anticipate evolving financial performance reporting needs and work with cross functional teams to drive improvements and process changes

What you bring

  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Finance/Accounting, or business related discipline
  • Are currently pursuing or have obtained an accounting designation (CPA, CFA, MBA)
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with building and improving financial models
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex financial results and build and maintain strong relationships
  • Attention to detail, organized, motivated selfstarter
  • Team player who is open to new challenges
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, HFM and PowerBI is an asset
