_ We are looking for a IT Systems Administrator for our __Caledon, ON, Canada_
_ __office_**The Kingspan NA Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of core infrastructure, providing support to the Infrastructure Manager and team in the provisioning and maintenance of information technology systems necessary for the fulfilment of business commitments and objectives.

Applicant should be a self-starter with very good analytical, organizational, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

Administer, manage and troubleshoot core systems and network issues
Work with team lead to implement business technology solutions
Assist with trouble ticket team escalations
Supervision and coordination of IT Infrastructure projects in coordination with team management, business stake holders and outside vendors.
SOP and Systems Documentation
Ensure operational compliance within departmental standards and general industry best practice

Qualifications:

Skills/Experience:

The Systems Administrator should have:

Cabling and Network infrastructure standards & best practices
Core Systems Administration, Troubleshooting and Management in a multisite environment
Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 Troubleshooting & Management
Microsoft Active Directory
Core Networking
Office365 Administration
IP Telephony Systems Administration
Azure Cloud Administration
VMware Administration
Documentation of IT processes, procedures, systems and incidents as appropriate
Videoconferencing
Security Fundamentals
SSO/Two-Factor Authentication
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Occasional National & International Travel
