Our Claims Assistants are direct supports for our Claims Adjusters and tasked with the coordination and execution of administrative procedures.

They are responsible for issuing payments, printing cheques, and collaborating with other departments, such as the Mailroom and Finance team for seamless execution of documents and packages.

They have a keen eye for detail, enjoys multi-tasking and can communicate professionally with both internal and external clients. The Claims Assistant will be required to work in the office approximately three (3) days per week.

The most important characteristics for our Claims Assistants are attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You're great at:

Customer Service
Financial data analysis
Handling high volumes of requests in a timely manner
Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

You have:

Completed a Post-Secondary program
2 years of experience in a Corporate/Office setting
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Teamfirst mentality
