GRN Landscape is Looking for Landscape Foreman
- _Foreman/Lead hand (commercial and residential)_

Job Summary
GRN provides the following for our team (dedicated equipment for each crew)

Cat Excavators variety sizes
Track carriers
Kubota skid steers
New technology LMN (Landscape Management Network)
Hats, shirts, hoodies, and raincoats all top of line wearables
New hand tools and power tools
Leadership and Skill Training

Responsibilities and Duties:

As the project foreman you are responsible to ensure that the workers follow tasks set out for each project.
Ability to lead by example regarding safety, day to day operations, dealing with the owners, consultants, and the clients.
Run all aspects of a landscape construction project
Clear communication with the office daily, able to work with established computer systems and apps that track projects, timesheets and estimates
Handle material schedules
Labor guide and manage a crew to install landscape projects efficiently
Produce high quality work
Complete projects in estimated hours
Complete jobs using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Trained and able to handle required power tools, tampers, cutoff saws
Excavation equipment: skid steer, and excavator
Complete all assigned work safely and effectively
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and complete minor maintenance as required
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
Participate in all training and performance reviews required by the Company
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials
Pursue ongoing education sponsored by the Company as required

Skill set and experienced needed:

Competitive compensation package
Minimum 2 years experience as landscape foreman
34 years experience in hardscape
Valid class 5 driver's license and clean driving record

throughout the lower mainland, Surrey, South Surrey, Langley, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Richmond
