FULL TIME English and / or _Bilingual_
speaking Call Centre Agents who are dedicated and committed to join our Voice Assistant Solutions (V.A.S.) team for a permanent position in our business.


Responsibilities and Tasks
Equinox is a distinctive facility that stands out from all other call centres.

At Equinox, we utilize your typing skills instead of your voice, We offer a hands on comprehensive paid training to help you become proficient in our user-friendly V.A.S.

technology, which enables you to listen to your customers while typing pre-established codes that instruct a recorded human voice to communicate with them.

You don't need any sales experience to work with us


Our ideal FULL TIME Call Centre Agent has/is...

  • Available to work FULL TIME on weekdays, 5 days per week
  • At least 6 months of call centre and/or telephone experience;
  • Stable, with a minimum of 6 months of consecutive experience in a company;
  • Serious, dedicated, professional, engaged and seeking long term employment;
  • Strong typing skills (25+ words /minute) with a high percentage of accuracy;
  • Advanced active listening skills and high attention to detail;
  • Flexible, selfmotivating and able to multitask.
