    CWB Optimum Mortgage

    CWB Optimum Mortgage, a CWB Financial Group Company, is a full-service lender providing personalized borrowing solutions to meet our clients needs.

    We offer a variety of products, including flexible alternative mortgage solutions, for clients who may not fit within traditional guidelines, including those who are self-employed, commissioned or with bruised credit.

    CWB Optimum Mortgage is seeking a collaborative, client centric and coordinated Mortgage Administrator to join our Edmonton team. The main focuses will be to administrate and complete instruction packages to solicitors and the completion of mortgage fundings on our core banking system
    Data. Maintain daily files within team service agreements while ensuring data integrity.
    Be flexible in prioritizing important files that come in and connect with internal team members to ensure successful completion

    Minimize risk to CWB Group through compliance with policies and regulatory requirements in all areas of banking and operations.

    Inspire trust and treat everyone with professionalism, dignity and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel
    Business administration diploma or equivalent work experience
    1+ year of mortgage administration experience
    Solid knowledge of administrative aspects and knowledge of the banking system an asset.
