Role Description:

Establish and maintain regular ceremonies with multiple stakeholder groups to manage business requirements, define product roadmaps and prioritize new demand.

Present business cases to executives and committees to secure funding, seek agreement on product direction, gain acceptance around risks and issues.

Ensure development and delivery teams are aligned with product strategy and customer expectations across features and timelines. Manage technology vendor relationships - Partner with Sourcing and Business Management to drive supplier contracts, renewals and related spend.

Manage products to an acceptable total cost of ownership (TCO) for stakeholders Stay abreast of industry trends and aware of the competitor landscape.
