Description
The ERP Support Co-op will be responsible in support our business systems administrator with critical tasks. They will have the opportunity to design and automate business processes within NetSuite.

Additional responsibilities include supporting end-users with system issues and providing end-user training. This would also include the creation of user-friendly dashboards and building reports to provide meaningful business insights.


Primary Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

  • Provide on-going day-to-day technical and functional support of NetSuite by troubleshooting problems and assisting users in concluding transactions.
  • Support and develop enduser training to drive user adoption of NetSuite.
  • Define, document, and maintain system customizations and business process flows.
  • Build basic reports, saved searches and dashboards to provide critical business insights.
  • Assist the business team with relevant data import and export tasks.
  • Master Data Management. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of data outputs. Management of master data such as Items, Customers, Vendors, GL Accounts, Tax Groups, Banking Details etc.

Job Qualifications:


  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in information systems
