MISSION:
This position is REMOTE and can be based anywhere, but work hours will be aligned with the Eastern time zone of North America.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Responsibilities (English Portal):
- Develop and standardize processes and systems for talent sourcing and selection, including strengthening the selection process and building a standardized international recruitment process and employment brand.
- Develop and implement regional sourcing and recruitment strategies, including sourcing, selection, and evaluation of recruitment process.
- Develop a robust partner and parttime recruiter network to expand H360's reach and reinforce our recruitment capacity.
- Propose, manage and optimize H360's recruitment budget. including job distribution spend, social media, professional development, etc.
- Implement reporting and analytics dashboards to increase visibility to key performance metrics.
- Proactively communicate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Senior Leadership, HR and other teams on business deliverables and industry trends.
- Manage vendor relationships associated with the talent acquisition process.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications (English Portal):
- Fluent in French and English.
- International High-Volume HR/Staffing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Canadian immigration processes and standards is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR Management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in staffing leadership role.
- Ability to manage a diverse, international, multilingual Remote Team.
- Ability to influence individuals at many levels, providing recommendations based on experience, market insight and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skill, with the ability to drive results.
- Flexible team player with the ability to think and act quickly in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. This role will be required to support multiple time zones in Canada and around the world.
- Broad knowledge of all HR functions and proven ability to integrate with other business disciplines.
- Must meet company's requirements for employment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit and work in front of a computer for long periods.
