Duties and Responsibilities:_

  • Assist with delivery of food service
  • Maintain clean and neat restaurant area
  • Monitor inventory
  • Maintain thorough knowledge with the description/composition of all menu items.
  • Clean designated areas, in accordance with laiddown procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements.
  • Clean and refill cruet and condiment sets, order branded sauces to ensure consistent supply.
  • Set tables to laiddown standards, ensuring that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair.
  • Ensure sideboards on stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen or other established needs, be they food or equipment.
  • Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed.
  • Attend to customer inquires satisfactorily.
  • Be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress. Ensure that a standard uniform is always worn when on duty.
  • Take care of all equipment and supplies issued to you from time to time
  • Present a clean, pleasant and neat image to guests.
  • Ensure that tables, seating, side stations, restrooms, front of the restaurant, waiting lounge are cleaned/dusted daily.
  • Comply with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Abide by work schedules and sign in/out accordingly.
  • Do not loiter in other guest designated areas prior to or after your scheduled shift.
  • Perform other duties of Manager
  • Engagement and assisting with all outlet promotion
  • Ensure par stock levels are adequate
  • Assistance with overall team service
  • Compliance to all restaurant rules of conduct, policies and procedures
  • All other work duties as assigned

Salary:
$15.50-$16.00 per hour
