Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop detailed requirements for services and solutions, by analyzing market segments and target customers, and translate into a comprehensive, compelling, and executable Go-ToMarket strategy
  • Working with ISM partners, develop solutions and cosell agreements to increase market share
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements through market research and analysis, including identifying market gaps and potential opportunities
  • Work with ISM stakeholders to define plans and requirements for a successful product development and implementation
  • Work with ISM Solution and Delivery teams to scope functional requirements, as well as the minimum viable product that fulfills customer requirements
  • Assist in defining new customer acquisition strategies
  • Make recommendations on pricing strategies and policies for products
  • Understand customer pain points related to design, configuration, and management and identify features to improve enduser experience and productivity
  • Identify and track key metrics associated with the success of the product / features, and communicate performance to the rest of the organization through the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the product development team through project planning and reporting
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure operational readiness and ability to achieve implementation requirements
  • Analyze, identify and qualify opportunities for new products, services and solution features and functions
  • Lead crossfunctional teams as required
  • May directly supervise one or more employees
  • Identify, lead and/or participate in the development of solutions (proposals) that meet the customer's business objectives and ISM's revenue, cost, gross profit and other targets
  • Monitor/approve budgeted expenditures, to meet revenue and other financial metrics

Qualifications:


  • University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • 710 years of experience related to sales of IT Services solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and positively influence others to achieve results that meet the organization's strategic objectives
  • Advanced administrative and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates indepth knowledge and understanding of the selected business solution, the ISM capabilities that surround this solution and how it can bring value to our client's business issues
  • Demonstrates leadership and works effectively within a matrix environment
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Strong market research and competitive intelligence skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Exceptional communication skills
