Our Position

This territory is critical to our overall success as it has broad impact not only locally but provincially and nationally.
In this exciting position:
- You will build and implement key account plans for tertiary and targeted community hospitals including several key academic Institutions.
- Your entrepreneurial ability will allow you to craft mutually beneficial value propositions, tailored to specific needs and challenges
- Your communication style will easily disseminate the scientific and clinical benefits of our products to top research and clinical practitioners integrating a patient centric approach to build positive outcomes for patients. You will achieve this through a multifaceted approach including Face to Face and Virtual/Digital Channels.
- Your affinity for people will naturally build strong affiliations with your team and customers ensuring reciprocal working relationships
- You will collaborate closely with your Primary Care, Bio-Resp, and Medical colleagues to enhance AstraZeneca's Leadership in Respiratory Medicine.
- You will also have additional responsibilities with Key Respiratory Stakeholders as a regional lead.
- Responsible for collecting and reporting Adverse Events in accordance with AstraZeneca policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- You have a B.Sc. or a B.Comm. Degree or equivalent, and three years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- You have strong scientific knowledge of Respiratory diseases and demonstrated track record of high collaboration to achieve business success.
- You have had success working within key tertiary hospitals and have a strong understanding/Experience of Key Account Management. Academic Hospital experience is preferred. Experience in this particular territory and customers is a strong advantage.
- You positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships.
- You have excellent negotiation, presentation, project management and strong communication skills
- You have demonstrated strong impact and results not only through facetoface interactions, but also strong digital and virtual capabilities to maximize results.
- You are committed to a developing a cohesive team environment
- You hold a valid Driver's license
