Inside Sales Account Manager (Full-Time)


Attix Pharmaceuticals is currently looking for exceptional verbal and written strong communicators with the ability to secure new accounts and develop existing accounts while managing their time efficiently.


COMPANY DESCRIPTION:


Attix Pharmaceuticals is a service provider for licensed distributors of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, peptides, nutraceuticals, cosmetic ingredients, bio-chemicals as well as specialty & fine chemicals in USA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with compounding pharmacies to increase product sales to new and existing customers
  • Make daily outbound calls to new leads and accounts while receiving inbound calls from developing leads and accounts.
  • Minimum of 150 calls per week on a sustained basis in order to maintain sales pipeline momentum.
  • Receive inbound calls and orders from marketing campaigns to pharmacies worldwide.
  • Manage pipeline opportunities, leads & accounts through Microsoft Excel while tracking communications to each pharmacy on a daily basis.
  • Manage orders through QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to ensure customer satisfaction of on time product delivery
  • Engage customers with product knowledge while suggesting new product lines to expand their business.
  • Address any questions our customers have about our products or services in a timely and effective manner.
  • Constant follow up with customers and leads to keep them up to date on company offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen (Domestic applicants ONLY)

Minimum 4 years inside sales experience required. 5 years experience preferred

  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (Sort/Filter/Pivot Tables):

  • Ability to manage a lead pipeline and current accounts totaling hundreds of pharmacies in varying time zones.
  • Ability to properly position Darmerica within the industry and pitch products and services with confidence on a daily basis
  • Ability to recognize and handle sales objections with politeness and tact while also being able to secure new business
  • Ability to understand and keep up to date with market trends and changing regulatory environments
  • Friendly outgoing personality

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

(Bachelors degree) is mandatory (applicants without a degree will not be considered).

Salary Range:

(Base Salary + 2% uncapped commissions + Incentives) = $85,000-$105,000

$55,000 per year Base Salary, 2% uncapped commission applicable to all recurring orders and based on gross sales paid out quarterly, plus additional performance incentive plans

Employee Benefit Plan (after 6 months)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 Hours)
