We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Construction Material


Duties:


  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible
  • Serve as a personal assistant to executives or managers, handling various tasks as assigned
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence with
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
