Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Construction MaterialDuties:
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives or managers, handling various tasks as assigned
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence with
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary:
$17.25-$26.88 per hour
