Securiguard is currently hiring for a full time
Account Manager to support our security operations in the Barrie Ontario Region.

Our
Account Managers make our client's feel safe by managing the day-to-day security operations of their assigned accounts, including the management and professional development of security personnel, maintaining security post orders, and operating manuals, and maintaining effective relationships with both clients and employees.

This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding financial and operational goals and providing quality customer service.

The Day to Day

Supervise the daytoday security operations of an assigned client site.
Ensure the client site is staffed with trained and qualified security professionals to protect people and property
Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
Participate in onsite visits, client meetings & inspections.
Liaise and provide frontline support to Supervisors, Front line Staff and other Assigned staff when and where needed.
Working with all levels in the organization to ensure operational efficiencies (ranging from scheduling to recruitment & training).
Maintain Security Operations Manuals/post orders and all site directives with updates annually.
Lead and administer a strong Customer Service experience; represent Securiguard with courtesy and accountability.

Here's what you need:

Minimum 23 years previous experience as a Security Manager/Operations role.
Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid security license
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning inhouse programs.
Strong desire to manage multiple operations within assigned accounts and ensure key performance indicators (KPI's) are met.
Excellent Time Management and Multitasking skills.
Security/Service professional with a proven management experience within the security industry, the public sector or armed services is an asset.
Strong customer service, etiquette and business acumen.

Knowledge:

Legislation
Relevant government and security legislation in Ontario
Security Operations security systems (CCTV/Access Control), Incident Reporting setup and installation
Financial margin maintenance/improvement, Client/Site financial analysis, Spend Control
