Are you passionate about food technology? We're Foodee, a team of food experts on a mission to connect local restaurants to businesses through our corporate catering platform.
We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and delivering them to your office.
We're looking for a MENU MANAGER based in Toronto or remotely in Eastern Canada who excited to build excellent, client-focused, attractive menu propositions in line with Foodee's business strategy while nurturing value-based relationships with restaurant partners.
In this role, you will provide support to new and existing restaurant partners through Foodee's managed platform, optimizing restaurant revenue performance and order volume.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand Foodee's ideal menu offering, collaborating with internal sales, restaurant success and client success teams
- Support throughout the restaurant onboarding journey
- Assist restaurant partners with creating attractive menu propositions for Foodee clients
- Ensure that menus are maintained, accurate, display sensible pricing and offer a great selections with varied dietary options
- Track restaurant performance and make improvements to menu offering to drive revenue performance and order volume
- Maintain ownership of menu maintenance for existing restaurants on the Foodee platform, including menu pricing and content audits on a regular cadence
- Minimize unwanted order churn by offering a consultative approach to menu management to restaurant partners
- Monitor menu update requests, follow up on escalated cases and manage inquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with restaurant partners to optimize their menu offering through Foodee and ensure they are maximizing their potential order volume on the platform
- Encourage partner adoption of Foodee's Restaurant Dashboard to manage menu administration
- Maximize customer satisfaction for menu offerings
- Synthesize partner feedback and collaborate with both the Restaurant Success Team and Product Management on improvements to the restaurant experience
- Work closely with the Restaurant Success, Sales & Customer Success teams to understand client insights and communicate to partners; work closely with Service Delivery team to prepare partners for high quality experience
- Alleviate menu administration complexities on crossfunctional teams
- Be mindful of market trends and ensure that Foodee restaurant partners are offering competitive, desirable menus
- Ensure that menus are tailored to customer requirements and preferences
- Manage third party support for menu administration and prioritization
SKILL SET EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years in business administration, restaurant administration, menu building or partner management
- Familiarity with dietary tagging & common allergens
- Strong attention to detail
- Relationship Building
- Service-Oriented
- Results-Driven
- CRM (Salesforce) Familiarity
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to Interpret and Communicate Basic Trends in Partner Data
- Nice to have: Restaurant or Hospitality Experience
