Carpenter/Handyman.


We are seeking an individual who would love the opportunity to work on a variety of jobs from small patch repairs and maintenance work, to full renovations for renowned commercial businesses.

MAIN TASKS:


  • Renovations, repairs and tenant improvements for commercial clients, such as grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies (essential services sector) as well as banks, restaurants, retail, office buildings etc.
  • Light framing, drywall repairs and painting
  • Flooring installation
  • Tbar ceiling installation, windows / doors installations
  • Light millwork, carpentry repairs

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:


Required Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Carpenter/Handyman

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Active listener, critical thinker and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good customer service and communication skills verbal and written
  • Knowledge of all applicable health and safety standards
  • Good work ethic and reliability
  • Valid driver's license

Other:


  • A criminal background check will be required to work on certain jobsites.

$30.00-$34.00 per hour
