VAC Developments is a growing Canadian Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Company located in Oakville. We are currently looking to hire
Customer Service Representative to join our team. As part of our team you will provide pleasant, professional and knowledgeable customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage key customer accounts.
Liaison and communicate with other departments to ensure our customers products and issues are resolved.
Follow the activities throughout all phases of the product life cycle, identify, raise and manage key issues in a timely fashion.
Provide status updates to Management and customers when needed
Update system to ensure orders are processed.
Manage customer expectations in regards to ongoing delivery of product and negotiate delivery schedules.
Ensure high degree of Customer value and drive ongoing improvements to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many customers simultaneously.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Have an excellent sense of priorities.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in manufacturing/production work flow would be beneficial.
Good command of the English language orally and written is required.
