Responsibilities:
- Full receptionist duties such as mail, greeting customers, filing and editing internal documents as well as any other duties as assigned by management
- Prepare internal documents and ensure that they are distributed to the correct departments in a timely manner
- Filing and file management, both physical and electronic
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory and place orders as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience working with QuickBooks is preferred
- Basic accounting experience would be an asset
- Proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to proofread internal documents
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problemsolving skills
- A good memory and be a quick learner
- Excellent time management
- General knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
