Carmichael is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in our Mississauga Branch and manage all aspects of certain customer accounts, locally and nationally.

This is a full time permanent on-site position to start immediately.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule and dispatch service requests accurately
  • Work with other departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Process and accurately close work orders
  • Contact existing customers to schedule appointments
  • Communicate with service technicians

Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience in a customer service oriented role or similar position.
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to handle difficult customers
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Time management skills
