Your contribution*Reporting to the Vice President - Development Canada, you will participate in the expansion of the company in the hydro, wind and solar sectors for the Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes markets.
Your day-to-day*- Support the prospecting and opportunity identification activities by prioritizing the tasks to be done in order to secure partnership and development agreements with stakeholders in accordance with the strategic plan and the company's priorities;
- Participate in the proper document management of the department and its files for its field of specialty;
- Analyze and develop innovative approaches to improve our partnership arrangements;
- Manage and followup on the various host community requests necessary to advance and maintain relationships with project stakeholders;
- Assist the development team in the process of securing land and acquiring new projects;
- Organize budgets and tracking lists for new development projects;
- Produce the necessary documents for the department's monthly project review;
- Support the preparation of bids in response to tenders or other business opportunities.
- Minimum of one year of experience in relevant roles;
- Basic knowledge in GIS (shapefiles, cartography);
- Hold a driver's license;
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English.
- This position is a P1 level;
- You must be prepared to travel to Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes as required, approximately 50%.
