Hydrovac Operators

Key Information:

Must have a minimum of 2+ years of Hydrovac experience.
Must have the ability to work in physically demanding work conditions.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM -5:30 PM. (8 Hours regular time, 2 hours over time)
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. (on-call rotation)
Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
Health benefits, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered.

Job Description:

Ability to work in physically demanding work conditions.
Must be willing to labor when not driving.
Ability to work in safety sensitive settings and congested areas.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

CSTS-09 or CSTS-2020, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level 2, and Fall Protection required.
A minimum of 2+ years of Hydrovac experience required.
Ability to work in a team and the safety-focused environment with minimal supervision.
Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Alberta drivers license required.
A driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
Must be willing to labor when not driving.
Safety tickets required, CSTS-09 or CSTS-2020, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level 2, and Fall Protection.
A reliable means of transportation is required.
Proficient English language skills required.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
