RESPONSABILITÉS:


  • Installer tout l'équipement lié à la fibre optique pour les clients (Internet, téléphone IP et télévision IP)
  • Conduire pour se rendre chez les clients afin d'exécuter des installations
  • Installer des panneaux de fibre
  • Installer des câbles à fibres optiques dans les conduites montantes et dans les immeubles commerciaux
  • Installer, tester et réparer l'équipement et offrir un service de dépannage, au besoin, en conformité avec les normes de Beanfield
  • S'assurer que le véhicule, l'équipement d'essai et les outils demeurent en bon état
  • Recueillir en temps opportun l'information sur l'état de l'installation
  • Fournir aux clients un excellent service ainsi que de l'information sur nos produits et services
  • Exécuter des tâches administratives comme la mise à jour de billets et la production de rapports détaillés et exacts

TYPE DE POSTE:

  • Poste permanent à temps plein (40 heures par semaine)
  • Poste de 10 heures

Responsibilities:


  • Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
  • Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
  • Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs as required to Beanfield standards
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
  • Ensures the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
  • Collect "as builds" information in timely manner
  • Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to work shift work

POSITION TYPE:


  • Permanent fulltime position (40 hours per week)
