Description

CC Equipment is the dealer for Wacker Neuson (German engineering, German quality) light and compact construction equipment for the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

We are looking for an energetic individual to assist in promoting and growing our service department on Vancouver Island.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule technician day to day work flow

Assist in technician recruiting

Create and implement training plan for technicians

Ask customers to explain specific problems

Enter customer information into Dealer Management System (CDK)

Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance

Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers

Work order creation and closing in a timely fashion

Provide repair estimates to customers

Answer questions posed by customers

Explain the work completed by technicians and make suggestions for future maintenance

Provide billing statements and explain billing details

Warranty claim processing and payments

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exhibit strong customer service skills

Demonstrates solid organizational abilities

Possesses knowledge of proper safety precautions in the service area

Demonstrates strong leadership skills

Close attention to detail

Proficient computer skills

Calm and patient demeanor

Work well with a team of technicians

Education and Experience
Previous experience in the automotive or equipment industry preferred but will train the right individual

Mechanical aptitude

Experience in CDK dealer management system or equivalent

Valid drivers license

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
