Busy Construction Company in Concord requires an experienced accounting assistant.Responsibilities include:
- Invoicing Processing
- Contract Integration & Organization
- Creating Work Orders
- Filing and Admin work
- Assisting with Scheduling and Organization
- Some telephone reception
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 16 months
Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Education:
- DCS / DEC (required)
Experience:
- accounting assistant: 1 year (required)
